Zhong Lun Law Firm represented the management team of Yoplait Dairy Co., Ltd. (“Yoplait”) in disposal of the shares of Yoplait to Kunshan Nuoyuan Ruiyuan Management Consulting Co., Ltd. by Tiantu Capital. The transaction was announced on December 1, 2025, and the closing is subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

The Zhong Lun team was led by partner Gary Li and non-equity partner Stacey Shen, with support from associate Kristen Huang. Partners Julia Zhu and Yang Zhong of Zhong Lun’s Shanghai office also provided legal advice on matters of PRC laws in relation to the transaction.
