Andrew Chan is an associate in the Litigation, Arbitration and Investigation practice of Zhong Lun. Andrew has experience handling a broad range of civil and commercial litigation cases, including complex and high-value shareholder, joint venture, insolvency and restructuring, debt recovery, employment disputes and derivative actions against directors and majority shareholders. He has also advised clients on insurance, shipping, probate and trust matters.

Andrew has represented multinational, local companies and individual clients from the PRC, Hong Kong, Japan and the Middle East.
