Benjamin is a consultant in Zhong Lun’s Hong Kong Private Client practice and he specializes in advising on a variety of corporate transactions including initial public offerings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and fund formations.

Benjamin regularly advises multinational corporations and financial institutions on capital markets and corporate transactions, and general corporate and compliance matters in Hong Kong, PRC and overseas. With his education and background in the United States, Benjamin also has considerable knowledge and experience advising clients on debt and equity offerings under the U.S. Securities Act (Rule 144A and Regulation S).

Prior to joining Zhong Lun, Benjamin has worked with the Hong Kong offices of two major international law firms.
