Cecilia is an associate in the firm’s private client practice. She regularly advises clients on corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, due diligence and general corporate and commercial matters.

• Acted for a Hong Kong based investment fund, in its acquisition of (i) a financial advisory firm and (ii) a bus-body and bus-interior advertising business
• Advised a Hong Kong listed company on its disposal of interests in four toll roads in China at RMB4,411.8 million to a Chinese state-owned enterprise
• Acted for an investment fund in its formation of joint ventures with a British public transport company to participate in bus concession tenders
• Advised the founders of a pet food business in relation to seed investment from a French conglomerate, debt to equity conversion and corporate governance
