  • Advising on acquisitions of properties for redevelopment purposes, perusing title deeds and approving title
  • Advising on project commercial tenancy matters, including advising major property developer landlords on drafting and negotiation of tenancy agreements, licence agreements and other related documents
  • Advising on property related litigious matters concerning adverse possession and compulsory sale of a building under the Land (Compulsory Sale for Redevelopment) Ordinance
  • Advising on commercial agreements relating to acquisition of property holding companies
