She has experiences in handling a broad range of commercial litigation and international arbitration including shareholders’ disputes, contractual disputes, derivative actions against directors, insurance and personal injury claims, insolvency and debt recovery proceedings and injunction applications. She also frequently advises clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment related matters, personal data privacy, trade mark, copyright, competition laws, regulations and licensing for Hong Kong pharmaceutical companies and related compliance issues. She also advises clients on contract drafting and commercial transactions from a litigation perspective.
