Dorothy advises on project commercial tenancy matters, including advising major property developer landlords on drafting and negotiation of tenancy agreements, licence agreements and other related documents. She has experience in representing developers, landlords and investors in real estate related transactions and disputes including the sale and purchase of residential, commercial and industrial properties, the acquisition and disposal of shares in property holding companies, the partition and subdivision of development for subsequent disposal, the application for land compulsory sale as well as other property related litigations.

She also holds experience in land-related litigious matters including adverse possession, tenancy disputes and recovery of possession.
