Henry is a senior associate in the firm’s private client practice. He regularly advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, due diligence, banking and finance, contracts involving multi-national entities with Hong Kong and PRC involvements and general corporate and commercial matters. Prior to joining Zhong Lun, Henry received training in a leading local firm’s Corporate & Commercial and China Practice teams.

• Advising clients relating to acquisitions and sales of companies that are engaged in various principal businesses, including but not limited to the retail business of golds and jewellery, tutoring services, sales of motor vehicles’ accessories and the provisions of internet payment services
• Advising various leading PRC property developers relating to acquisitions of property holding companies
• Advising various PRC banks on commercial agreements and deeds relating to lending, guarantee and charge over shares
• Advising clients in handling issues relating to the Securities & Futures Commission of Hong Kong, the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data of Hong Kong and the Consumer Council of Hong Kong
