  • Represented joint sponsors in relation to the IPO of one of the leading hotel groups in China.
  • Advised a well-established financial leasing company in China, specializing in automobile financial leasing for its GEM listing.
  • Represented a sponsor in relation to the IPO of a steel and metal engineering company specialising in the design, manufacture, supply and installation of steel and metal products for construction projects in Hong Kong.
  • Advised an issuer for GEM listing which is a Hong Kong-based human resources service provider that provides recruitment, part-time and payroll services to clients in various industries.
  • Advised an issuer specialising structural engineering and renovation works in Macau for Main Board listing.
  • Advised a leading tissue supplier in Singapore for its GEM listing.
  • Represented a sponsor in relation to the IPO of one of the largest manufacturers of plywood
  • Advised an issuer which is a SD-WAN router provider focusing on the design, development, marketing and sale of its products and services for enterprise users (such as multinational corporations) and industry users (including transportation, retail and education) for its Main Board listing.
  • Advised an issuer which is principally engaged in the supply of foundation services in Hong Kong, and its foundation works include foundation projects in the public sector and foundation projects in the private sector for its Main Board listing.
  • Represented a sponsor in relation to the IPO of a leading manufacturer and service provider of medium and large asphalt mixture mixing equipment in China.
  • Advised the controlling shareholders of Steed Oriental (Holdings) Company Limited (stock code: 8277) for selling their controlling stakes.
