Patrick Liu focuses his practice on cross-border financing and capital markets transactions, with particular emphasis on debt financings, leveraged and private credit deals, as well as Hong Kong initial public offerings.

Patrick is admitted in New York (2024) and joined Zhong Lun in September 2025 from Eric Chow & Co. in Association with Commerce & Finance Law Offices.
