Stacey is a partner in the Hong Kong office of Zhong Lun Law Firm. Her experience includes representing global and Asia-based private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, and other financial and strategic investors in connection with their transactions across Asia and globally, particularly those with a China nexus. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, including acquisitions and divestitures, leveraged buyouts, preferred equity investments and joint ventures.

Prior to joining Zhong Lun Law Firm, Stacey was a partner at the Hong Kong office of Kirkland & Ellis. Stacey has worked at leading international firms in their Hong Kong, Beijing and Tokyo offices for over a decade.
