Zhong Lun acted as U.S. and Hong Kong legal counsel to Haitong International Securities Company Limited (“Haitong International”), in its role as placing agent, in connection with the successful private placement of the HK$68,000,000 2.0% Convertible Bonds due 2027, issued by Concord Healthcare Group Co., Ltd. (美中嘉和醫學技術發展集團股份有限公司) to certain subscriber.

The transaction involved complex structuring and execution considerations typical of private placements in the international debt capital markets. Zhong Lun led the drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, assisted in due diligence, and played a leading role in ensuring the successful completion of the placement.
