• Represented the issuer in relation to the IPO and the listing of Best Linking Group Holdings Limited (stock code: 8617), a company principally engages in manufacturing of slewing ring in the PRC, on GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
• Represented the issuer in relation to the IPO and the listing of TBK & Sons Holdings Limited (stock code: 1960), a contractor principally engages in civil and structural works in oil and gas industry in Malaysia, on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
• Represented the issuer in relation to the IPO and the listing of K2 F&B Holdings Limited (stock code: 2108), a company principally engages in the operation of food and beverage stalls in Malaysia, on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
• Advised the sole sponsor in relation to the proposed IPO of a PRC corrugated board manufacturer on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
• Advised the sole sponsor in relation to the proposed IPO of a PRC polarising film processing services provider on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
• Advised a Hong Kong listed PRC hot spring resort and hotel operator in relation to the proposed transfer of listing from GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
• Advised a Hong Kong listed environmental consultancy service company in relation to the placing of new shares under the general mandate.

Mergers and Acquisitions

• Advised a Hong Kong listed plastic bottles and baby feeding accessories manufacturer on its acquisition of a Mexico plastics manufacturing company with an aggregated transaction value of US$3 million.
• Advised a Hong Kong private company on its proposed HK$22 million acquisition of a local elderly nursing home.
• Advised a PRC stated owned pharmaceutical company on due diligence matters in a proposed acquisition of a Hong Kong pharmaceutical company, a subsidiary of a Hong Kong listed pharmaceutical company.
• Advised a listed bottled water manufacturer regarding a very substantial acquisition of the PRC real estate properties with aggregated transaction value of HK$560 million.

General Offer

• Represented Elegance Commercial and Financial Printing Group Limited (now renamed as Cornerstone Technologies Holdings Limited) (stock code: 8391) in a successful closing of the mandatary unconditional cash general offer by the offeror for its outstanding shares as required under the Codes on Takeovers and Mergers and Share Buy-backs issued by the Securities and Futures Commission.

Regulatory Compliance

• Advised various listed companies from different industries, including but not limited to medical and healthcare, telecommunication, construction, online advertising service, environmental consultancy service etc., on general compliance matters and corporate finance transactions.
• Advised a formerly Hong Kong listed commercial real estate property group on matters regarding the cancellation of listing and group restructuring.
• Represented a Hong Kong listed catering group in an investigation by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange due to multiple undisclosed and unauthorized connected transactions and assisted the listed group in the disciplinary hearings of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
