Marjory Ding is a partner in Zhong Lun’s Hong Kong office, focusing on capital markets practice, regulatory compliance and general corporate matters. Marjory has extensive experience advising clients on a wide variety of public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, as well as in providing counseling concerning corporate governance and other issues.

Prior to joining Zhong Lun, Marjory was a partner at the Hong Kong office of Simpson Thatcher & Bartlett, focusing on capital markets transactions.
