Ms. Jane Yao’s practice is focused on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, offshore fund/RMB fund formation, securities and public listings, joint venture and commercial transactions. Ms. Yao regularly advises top-tier investment banks, prominent private equity houses and multinational companies on corporate finance, cross-border mergers and acquisitions and offshore fund / RMB fund formation matters. She also assists clients in overseas listings, joint ventures and commercial transactions.
