FAMILY
Our team advises on a broad spectrum of family matters and has extensive experience in dealing with all issues arising out of the needs of parents and children, husbands and wives and other members of their families.

We advise clients on the options that may be available to them for resolving their family issues and note that family disputes represent some of the most stressful times in a client’s life. With this in mind, we strive to provide sound legal advice and aim at balancing their needs whilst being sensitive to the strain of legal costs at a time when a client may feel most vulnerable.

We aim to provide our clients with pragmatic solutions and answers to directly address their concerns and particular personal circumstances.  We often explore and would utilize mediation as a first stop to minimize costs and animosity but if that is not possible then we would guide our clients though any Court proceedings that may be necessary, of which we have much experience.
