  • acting for a former employee of a multinational shipping company in a High Court Action to recover outstanding remuneration

  • advising and assisting a global electronic security and fire protection manufacturer and marketer in Labour Tribunal proceedings against a former employee claiming additional bonuses and in a High Court Action against an employee seeking injunctive relief and damages for a breach of the non-competition and confidentiality agreement.

  • acting for an international high-end jewelry retailer in the reconciliation procedure conducted by the Labour Department and settled with a former employee complaining about unfair dismissal and disability discrimination
